BMW E36 320i sports sedan.
i had never owned a near-luxury german sedan before and the deciding factor was the brand and prestige.

for the near future i definitely have my eye on the mazda RX8. im so in love with this car..hopefully i can scrape enough cash to get one hehe

Brand new Starex SVX 4x4 sana. Kaso ang mahal pala nun.

Kaya ang sabi sa akin, GEN II Pajero or GQ Patrol. Wala akong mahanap na GQ Patrol in good shape kaya Pajero na lang. Sayang, mas mura pa naman ang GQ.

Kung hindi naman bibili ng SUV, keep my Kia Besta na lang daw and get a brand-new (in 2001) Honda City SX8.

Eh, gusto ko na talaga ng four wheel drive capability. Kaya, heto ang resulta.

una kong car ay box-type lancer when I was in college. Tapos nabola ko nanay ko na ibili ako ng Lancer GTI (new). When I started working, na-trade ko to a bigger car, Galant MPI na automatic, since mas gusto ko yun malalaking kotse having better ride...Eventually, benta ko din yun Galant, tapos nakabili ako ng MB190E. Nun nag-asawa ako, I bought an Opel Vectra for my wife. We used the Vectra for more than 5 years bago ako narindi sa mga gastos (high maintenance talga). Ang since we already have 2 kids, we needed a bigger car. Imagine, pag-dalaw namin sa in-laws, siksikan kami kasi 2 kids, 2 yaya, 1 maid at kaming mag-asawa...laging 2 cars pa kami, sobrang hassle...Tamang-tama at binenta sakin nun neighbor ko yun kanyang Pajero Gen 2 at a bargain P400K (madalian kasi bibili sya ng Exped), imported pero orig na LHD.

Now na naka-experience na ako ng 4x4, I dont think babalik pa ako sa car... siguro pag-VP na ako dito sa office, my next car sana ay Pajero Gen 3 or Prado na brand new...

yun lang po.

bago ko pa naman na-wreck yung liteace..
i was supposed to get a Starex na..
tagal kasi mag-isip ng tatay ko eh..

tulad na lang nung purchase nung Pajero..
late 95 ata nung nag-iisip syang bumili ng Galant VR..
tapos later on inalok sya ng Prestige Cars ng BMW...
since umabot yung budget sa 1M..
bumili na lang sya ng Pajero and June 96 na yon..
tagal mag-isip no?!?!

balik sa rig ko..
hehehe..
97 nung lumabas yung 2dr na rav..
my dad asked me na kung gusto ko na yun..
sabi ko okay since parang sale sya non..
dahil P720,000 yung price and you can buy it for P640,000..
laking mura..
pero d pa ako pwede mag-drive..
(ayaw ako payagan..kahit marunong na ako since Grade 5)
kaya d na lang muna bumili..
later on nung pinagdadala na ako.
yung liteace muna gamit ko..
tapos bagong labas nun yung Starex..
Sept '99 nung bumili kami ng Club version ng 9 seater na Starex..

tapos bigla akong namulat sa offroading..
it was summer last year..
sold the Starex(i miss you 'wreckie')..
got a 96 corona (although i really wanted a GQ Patrol)..
and yung extra cash para sa weekend 4x4 rig..

after one month,
my dad asked me kung may nakita na akong Patrol?!?!
hanap kami one weekend..
and found a 96 Nissan Patrol Safari previously owned by a rural bank president...
got it and the rest is history...

bili nga pala kami sana kami dati ng Spyder Eclipse..
a sweet coupe..top-down pa naman..
kaso takot dad ko sa gastos at sa nanay ko...
kaya d kami bumili non.

my ride is a mitsu space wagon... my dad bought it for me(sarap...) i ended buying this car bcoz i already hav a family w/ 2 kids so no hassle pag punta sa mga inlaws...

if given a chance i'll go for isuzu crosswind xuvi... pag sinwerte lalo pajero gen 3 diesel (wish ko lng...)

Pajero Gen2.5 4x4 AT.....

This ride simply has all the things I look for in a car.

A nice combination of good looks, adequate power, the convenience of AT and 4x4. Ease of maintence, cheap parts, cheap operating costs.

Kung meron kulang dito siguro moonroof na lang and InvecsII.

Future car? Honestly, i cant think of any right now coz i just got mine.... Gen3 na 2nd hand siguro....

2004 generationIII pajero (my ride)
2003 toyota land cruiser prado
1998 bmw 320i
1994 mitsubishi galant VR (my ex-ride. pero balik muna ulit ako dito wala pa kasing plates yung genIII paj eh)

2004 generationIII pajero -binili namin coz my dad decided to dump our old gen2 pajero. para new look na daw. as of now wala naman kaming regrets regarding this decision. para di narin daw ako nakikikipag-agawan sa prado niya... hehe

2003 toyota land cruiser prado -di ko alam kung bakit binili 'to ng dad ko. i think he fell in love with this the first time he saw it sa brochure nung ahente ng toyota bel-air. very good decision naman with this vehicle.

1998 bmw 320i -2nd hand na namin 'to nabili from a family friend. 8,000 pa lang ang mileage nung nabili namin so good buy na at that time. changed mags to 17's & changed the side mirrors (yung cool looking) then ok na. this is my mom's ride

1994 mitsubishi galant VR -aggresive looks, V6 engine. just like the bmw 320i, palit ng mags to 17's... ok narin

hmm... right now parang trip ko yung new bmw X5. diesel kasi para matipid

family transport namin an old owner type jeep and hyundai h100.
yung hyundai ang binili namin kasi malaki family and 250k lang ang budget. gusto ko sana kotse pero hindi ko naman pera so wala akong say doon. diba may binebentang gen1 na pajero dati yung blue kay afrasay yata yon 300+k yata yung price then binabaan niya sa 268k. yun sana gusto within budget na kaso nagpadown na tita ko sa h100 so hindi na puwede bawiin sayang talaga yung pajero na yun.

I am driving a 97 Mazda 323 Familia

1. Because Mazda cars were loaded with accessories... (I was in Signet sales for a very short while.)

2. I wanted a car different from the usual Toyota and Honda (No offense po)

3. Cheap!! second hand, I bought mine second hand.

Thank you all for sharing your stories. I asked this question coz I’m not sure what car should I get when I go back there next year. I noticed that most of the people here are into 4x4s so I might get one also. Maybe a Mazda pick-up (if it’s under 1M) since I can’t afford a Pajero nor a Nissan Patrol. I’ve never driven a 4x4 and I like to give it a try.

I drive a silver, 2dr MG ZR 105. I call him "ZED", my first car, bought it last November kahit di pa ako marunong mag drive! (nakakahiya…)

It took me three weeks to learn bago ko sya masakyan. Saw it displayed in a garage near our place. Don’t know much about cars but since I like the looks and the dealer gave me a good bargain, 3 yrs warranty, atbp., kinuha ko na. 2nd hand lang sana
ang kukunin ko, but I changed my mind coz sabi ko, it’s my first car.

I’m enjoying driving now (though I stall the car sometimes) and I guess I’m getting addicted to it… Nakaka addict pala?... I've been going to car shows and all... is this normal? :help!:

Pag marunong na marunong na kong mag drive, di na namamatayan ng makina at may extra pang cash, I’ll trade in my Zed and go for the new Mini Cooper S.

ako ride ko ngaun 96' isuzu pickup ls (heir to the throne kung baga) sakin na huling napasa pag katapos laspagin e.. pero ok lang kesa wala. ayos pa naman kahit talgang matagtag e.

gus2 ko sana pabili 4x4 na suv kaso parang hindi ko pa kaya gas consumption e.. kaya tingin muna ko sa mga 1.6, mejo may kamahalan na kc gaso ngaun, kaya mas practical para sakin koste...

Honda Civic SiR - ayoko ng bitin sa powah kaya nung nagka budget ito talaga ang ipapalit ko sa Corolla XE ko noon...kahit stock di ka mabibitin sa paghataw...
