a study in contrasts, dad was.
and, i daresay, he was not alone in this. i feel, it was common practice, back then.
Did your Dad live in the province? I noticed na it's those who lived in the province that are very knowledgeable in those things. Like we even have this leaf used for washing clothes, called kabling

    yespo.
    ang prubinsyano, thru and thru.
he prefers sleeping on the floor. or a papag. "mas malamig".
that is why, mom always keeps our house floors very clean and shiney.
he would lie down anywhere he takes a liking to. with or without banig.

same here, i used perla din sa mga detailing items ko[emoji106] and ariel din kapag naglaba, most of the time ayaw ko ng laba sa laundry kapag nasa worksite dahil pinagsasama lahat ng damit ng iba kaya i wash my own clothes[emoji85]

mild sa fabric which is good for mf towels. unlike sa ibang laundry soaps na tumitigas yung fibers in the long run. and its also cheap

But maybe it offers a much better user experience to justify the upgrade? Otherwise will just wait for prices to go down in the preowned market before upgrading again.

Im no phone reviewer, but its a sizeable jump from her s8+. From single to triple rear cameras and dual front facing cams. She loves being able to take pics with the bokeh effect and the new software update enabled much better nightmode shooting capability. The wide angle lens is definitely a plus.

The screen seems brighter though i wouldnt be able to tell the difference in the dpi and resolution. Android pie is slick thats for sure and the stock UI seems a lot simpler now. She cant be bothered to download or try a new launcher though....

At the end of the day, i think what separates these phones increasingly from the prior versions are the camera capabilities. Screen, battery, speed etc are all incremental. But the cameras are taking leaps and bounds.

Personally after using my Mate 20 pro.... Id only upgrade to a Note 10 or the Mate 30 pro (not the p30 pro). I cant live without nightmode and wide angle capabilities and the 3d depth sensor for face recognition.. And am drooling over the new optical zoom periscope and time-of-flight tech of the p30pro.

When either the Note 10 or Mate 30 pro phones have these capabilities plus 5G...i will upgrade.
