Last night? Brand new battery for the 2013 Nissan Rogue. Supposed to be a 5-year battery. Dead in 3 years.

Last Friday night? A 2019 Toyota Camry SE for the wife.

Bosco inverter generator. Wondering if I should've gotten a Yamaha or Honda instead.

Just seems to cost too much money for something that's rarely used.

50k+ for the EU22i (2200 Watts) And not stackable. I'd get the 3000 Watt one if I had a bigger budget. But it costs too much $$$

Got this 2300 Watt Bosco for 35k. Expensive for the brand but still a lot less than the Honda. Pag nanalo sa Lotto bili ako nung malaking Honda.

Teka bro, bakit inverter ang interest mo?

    Di ba't generator sapat na?

    Just wondering...

Call me overly cautious bro but the added peace of mind to me is worth it since most of our appliances are relatively new and may have sensitive electronics.

The plan is to run an a/c, a refrigerator (both inverters), a TV and a couple of electric fans.

Space constraints, lower fuel consumption and noise level were also considerations. We have an older generator and while it could power the ref and a few fans, we couldn't sleep because of the noise.

Come to think of it, even the neighbors couldn't sleep with that old boy running

Understand bro, because of the alleged cleaner sinusoidal waveform of the ac output, so much gentle on the electronics (thyristors) which are modulating the compressors... But I guess the stacking (syncing) capability is a definite advantage...

Pero, I've been using our old generator for years on our inverter type refrigerator and aircon units, without any issues.... Pero, maingay nga siya....

What is the last thing you purchased?
