The final visa for your travel,- will only be issued by their Immigration Official...

Chinese dami din refuse entry and Europeans.

I remember a few years ago,- I was picking up a fellow employee from SFO as he was arriving over the weekend and I'd like to drive anyway....

The plane has already arrived more than 2 hours ago,- but no sign of the person... He has visited the US twice already.

He was held up at Immigration for 2 hours and was sent to a room, where even his wallet was checked for whatever reason...

He did not fully understand what triggered it, as they were taking biometrics already.. But he was asked what countries he visited after his last visit to the US...

Scary....

yep, the immigration has the final say even if you have a valid visa but without a valid reason to visit

example, 2 week vacation on your ticket, but the baggage you have seems to be good for 3 months, or upon xray screening, they see something fishy like legal documents such as diploma or anything suspicious
