May 18sqm nga po.. Dati nga upahan namin halos tulugan lang.. 8sqm nga lang ata yun. Pero pang dalawang tao lang yun..
Tondo, Pasay, QC, Caloocan, Manila.. Dami diyan 25sqm lang ang bahay. hangang 3rd floor pa yung iba.

April 18th, 2015 08:28 AM #36For me, ideal size eh mga 400sqm ang lupa, then 200sqm floor area ng bahay. 2 storey is sakto lang sa akin, with attic for storage, o separate storage area within the 200sqm na remaining lot area.
Kawawang philsat, gustong magpasikat dito sa atin, kaso failed. Akala niya siguro eh siya na ang superior being ng tsikot land hahaha!

kunti nalang matanda na ako...
dapat one floor lang, walang hagdanan... ayoko ng malaki.. pero gusto ko modern and comfortable ako....
