Titanium backup is an app sir. Download it to your current phone and then backup viber. There's a Backup/Restore command in the app. Take note of your backup folder that titanium backup uses.
Then on your new phone, copy your backup folder(which contains your viber backup data). Install a copy of titanium backup and make sure to have it use your copied folder as its backup folder too. Then have the app restore viber.
