Tama yung sabi ng friend ko that his whole body lacks muscle mass

His body is just right and he has no tummy but he doesn't exercise kasi e. That's when I figured kaya pala mabilis mapagod even if he is in perfect health (no maintenance meds, hypertension or diabetes etc)

Haha. I think Hindi pa natin kailangan yun. I experiment sometimes, when I need more HP, it really works. Pero ayaw ko maging dependent Kaya once in a while lang. I don't even know if may bad effect sya sa katawan ko.
