you know why? becoz you got the wrong idea on how to lose fat...its not by restricting calories aka the biggest loser...trick is eating a large amount and still loss fat..remove all the sugar/sweets/High fructose corn syrup found in processed foods and i bet lose fat...

kuya, weight and fat are two different things...its really body re composition, 200lbs with 30% body fat vs 200lbs with 10%

I want to live in a high rise condo just for the experience

I can't move out at home since I can't leave my family (senior na) and I can't take my fat lab in a condo BUT it would be nice to live alone for 6 months or so in a high rise that's a 15 to 20 min walk from work!

I visited my fam at their condo. I disliked several things. Air is muggy outside-busy district. Near edsa and some factories. Rooftop pool is cold and windy. There is another pool at the ground level but didn't try. Elevator is busy always. Sub 100sqm is just small. Dmci 🙄

    Serendra is amazing though

Its way better in a good subdivision. Walking outside with the dog is a breeze. So many trees too.

Some subdivisions/housing are just way to packed and have just one tree or no trees at all. Cg🙄

I just want to try living alone in a high rise with huge windows surrounding my room and I won't be afraid to look out the window. We have a lot of trees in our house and the view in my room are bamboos. I am scared to look out sometimes, baka may dumungaw (multo) I also want to see the city when I wake up. Parang okay ang condo for singles or couples. Saka parang walang multo sa condo. Hehehe. Our all around boy is scared of our trees baka daw may kapre

15k ONLY lol! I know this is impossible in the CBD hahaha! I saw a condo at P25k which is a 20 min leisurely walk from my office but I don't wanna spend that much

BTW what are the condos at the back of Shell/Jollibee (it's across Mckinley hill). How does one get to those condos since it is along c5? I browsed through condos and it's relatively cheap there. But then again it's not walking distance from BGC or Makati CBD hehehe

Yup, that is the cheapest condo Ive seen so far. P1.6M for a 2BR when it was preselling. Im sure the quality is not good though but your P15K would surely fit. It is now very accessible since the opening of the C5 road going to mckinley.

Lots of condos on airbnb for a few days. Try different kinds to have some experience. Share with a "friend" to "split" the cost.

Yes. I also like the same period. My paternal Lolo passed away in 1995 and that's when our life took a downward spiral

^^ why not just have it reupholstered by seatmate, Lederia et al?

It's the most cost effective and practical way when dealing w/ manhandled steering wheels. SUKI mga tsikoteers sa mga upholstery shop na mga yan

to be or not to be, that always confuses me!

+1 on seatmate. Had my wife's Innova's steering wheel done there. P1.8k if I remember correctly, but it took around 4 hours I think.
