The culture of ABUSE.

We abuse the system.
We abuse power/authority.
We abuse our rights.
We abuse our freedom.

Everything boils down to abuse.

Hence, models where we are left to regulate ourselves in the absence of consequences almost always seem to fail miserably.

red tape sa government transactions. bad trip talaga mag-avail ng sevices ng gobyerno. sobrang inefficient.

some people's attitude- the bahala na
irresponsible people-getting girls pregnant and not supporting at least the kid
irresponsible disposal of trash- just like every new year, people spend money on fireworks and firecrackers but never cleaning up their mess
the undue influence of the church on politics. we have been free from the spaniards.
hypocrite people, demonstrating in front of the u.s. embassy, but if you promise them a u.s. green card, they quickly flip their side of the coin

Politicians, squatters, high crime rate, high cost of electricity and labor, pollution, taxes etc. Too many to mention. But the most annoying is hypocrisy. Kung ano yung ayaw na ginagawa ng iba, nagiging ibang usapan pag sya na yung gagawa. Be the change you want see in the world!
