There's a million ways to be annoying and each one can have so many levels. Each one would merit a different response.

Unless they're breaking office regulations, you can formally make a formal complaint.

non stop blabbering of non sense things, loud mouthed, ep*l, the likes na pabida, then hugas kamay pag pumalpak, talks like he knows everything... he is in a managerial position.. I have been taking videos of him doing inappropriate things to his subordinates...

Meron kami ganto. Dati namen syang mentor, he started out like a rookie of the year daw. Performer, consistent. Went to become parang mvp. Laging may award, well regarded. Until someone else was promoted, akala nya sya na. Worse, naging under sya dun. From then on, bad vibes na. You know ung kasabihan sa chain of command, wag kang mag rarant sa mga tao na nasa ilalim mo? Ang rant dapat pataas sa boss. Kasi it affects the team. It affects morale. One by one naubos ang tao nya, him not knowing sya ung reason. All along ang alam nya is greener pastures ang reason. That group of people na nag resign plus us, may viber group na. Now he feels isolated, but syempre civil lang. Pero he notices di na sya kasama sa mga lakad. Pag nag iinuman kami secret lang walang post sa fb, kasi ayaw namen ng gulo sa work. Hindi pa rin nya siguro ramdam ung reason. Still probably clueless hahaha.

avoid them like a plague... sounds nice hehe... nakakainis lang talaga minsan hindi mo maiwasang mainis at mapansin... one more thing, what kind of a person in his right mind would let your subordinates smell your sock?

^^very true mga sir. We have reached a point where kaming mga inis sa kanya ay may dedicated viber group to bash him hahaha. Sabi ko nga lets not waste time and energy jan. Pero tuwang tuwa sila pag usapan. Imagine: akala mo tropa kayo, then lahat ng phones ng mga kasama mo tutunog viber ikaw lang hinde hahaha..
Ako mismo pumapasok na ng maaga para di na kami masyado mag overlap sa opis dahil kapalitan ko sya. His obnoxious ways have affected people so much ung gf ko nag pa assign sa ibang branch para lang di sya marinig sa mga reklamo sa buhay nya.

2 guys resigned, 1 requested to be assigned to another branch, 1 moved out of our team, and kaming 2 ng kasama ko na tinuturing nyang bff sa opis talks behind his back. Its kinda fun, but sad din for the poor guy.
