More or less lang naman ang haba, depende na lang kung ilang courses yung meal tsaka kung gaano kabilis mag-serve yung mga waiters.

We had a wedding sa Mandarin Makati, civil ceremony with only 70 guests. We were actually ahead of schedule, so ok pa pagdating sa reception. Hala, nung nagse-serve na ng lauriat, unti-unting bumabagal yung dating ng pagkain. Eh 7-course meal yung handa, kinukulit na namin yung head waiter na paki-bilisan. Ang siste pala, kinulang sila ng waiters kasi may kasabay na wedding reception sa katabing ballroom. Naging behind schedule na tuloy kami.

After the reception and cocktails, tinalakan ng husto ng bride yung head waiter. Eh abogado pa naman si babae, nag-threaten na magco-complain sa management ng Mandarin dahil napaka-inefficient nung head waiter nila.
