depende siguro kung how conservative chinese are your families ... kaibigan ko nagtraditional chinese buddhist wedding .. yun yung gusto ng tatay nung lalake .. eh siya naman yung magbabayad raw ..

kung yung magulang ang sasagot... sunod na lang ng sunod.

traditional theme parin ang the best... lagyan mo na lang ng gimik/ games sa reception.

gawa ka ng taguan, tumbang preo, chinese garter, etc.

nung kinasal ako year 2000 so sabi nila year of the (metal) Dragon
so ang motiff namin ay Red and Silver

pwede mag chiongsam (chinese attire) inspired gown ang mga babaeng abay mo at
siyempre chinese collared barong naman for guys...

They did our own wedding last year, plus we've worked with them on several weddings ever since. Medyo pricey ang rates nila, but they never fail to deliver the goods. They've also done the set designs on Private Conversations with Boy Abunda.

VERY short, especially for peak months. December is particularly bloody; agawan ng wedding suppliers ang month na yan. Kung alanganin na buwan, ok lang siguro. We planned 1 1/2 years in advance for our May 2004 wedding. And avoid outdoor weddings from June-November. May pasaway na kaming kliyente who insisted on having a garden wedding in the middle of the rainy season. Ayun, na-delay ng isa't kalahating oras ang ceremony dahil sa buhos ng ulan.
