Sabi sa TV Patrol, sinabihan ng mga tambay yung driver na delikado tumawid.
Baka in-offeran itutulak nila patawid.
Pero tumuloy pa rin. Tumirik. Tinangay ng agos. Walang bakal yung side ng tulay. Mababang concrete barrier lang sa gilid.

today started with some sun... good!
then it rained. ugh!
then the rain stopped, but the sky remains overcast...
I see a Mitsubishi logo on the wheels so probably xpander.
I'm not surprised it's very banged up. The force of water is very strong and inside the creek there are no soft surfaces to crash into. It's going to be hard concrete walls and bridges. AFAIK it wasn't recovered at the same location but swept downstream.
It Looks to be a xpander , alright.
What a horrible way to go. Drowning itself is bad enough, but being locked-up in a roughly spinning and tumbling vehicle that's caught up in an angry current , in total darkness at that... I can only imagine the panic and distraught before death comes calling.
Intermittent rains, but at least the sky isn't as dark as last week and every now and then the sun comes out thru patches of blue sky.
the ncr floods merely reminded me of the other day's flood control issues...
I had a good laugh at that video. Kurakot and an entire city's engrained habit of littering strikes back.
