Kailangan talagang uminom at uninom ng water especially at this kind of temperature we're having.

^ true. being Dehydrated in a regular basis can lead to all sorts of health problems in the long run.

I woke up to my fat lab kept barking kanina, naiinitan pala so I had to turn on AC. Kawawa mga long haired dogs at this weather, considering short haired pa labs ko.

Nakakatawa lang, I could never catch her do it on video, yung she gives me the exasperated look then drops her body sa floor haha

I suggest you go for the Japanese brand - mitsubishi heavy industries. This is a little bit expensive than mitsubishi electric, but more reliable and efficient.

Hindi ba nare relieve ang heat kapag naka babad sa dagat. I don't beach kasi. Mas gusto ko sa pool. It's during summer talaga na I really wish we had a pool, para na rin sa fat lab ko.

Not really, madalas malamig ang dagat pero yun hangin ang mainit or may portion sa dagat na shady mabato malayo sa breakwater kaya malamig.

Mas OK yun osmosis ng saltwater sa skin at paminsan-minsan na sunburn para patay kung ano man skin disease at palit narin ng skin.

Ok din maligo sa hot spring kahit hot ang weather.

Actually it's not that hot yet here in our place compared to last year, I'm still waiting for the day that the electric fan will blow hot air.

Ang init. Hindi kaya ng AC ng most stores. I know na malagkit na ko now. Lotion pa kasi ako ng lotion sa buong katawan
