I am thinking if the car owners are from the area or dayo lang? Pero from the looks of it parang nag overnight parking eh.

Free parking? Yes, yet I will not risk my car parked beside a river. Lalo ngayon maulan. Common sense naman.

At first nga akala ko tinangay at lumutang na sa ilog, yun pala may road talaga. It's too close to the river. No way will I park there even on a summer, nakaka paranoid
