    Tingin ko naging complacent mga tao

    Maybe from experience with Rolly people in NCR thought same lang mangyayari

    Kagabi there was little rain

    Then wind picked up... Then the rain increased

    Madaling araw yun

    Maybe people thought it won't get worse na last night and went to sleep

    Naging kampante mga tao dahil naka taas ang signal no. 3 sa NCR kahapon ng tanghali pero hindi masyado ramdam (mahina ang ulan na may konting hangin).

    Problema, bandang 11PM nagsimula na maramdaman yung lakas ng hangin at ulan kaya ang mga tao wala na oras para magpunta ng evacuation center.

    EDIT: possible din kaya na umasa masyado ang tao na mababasag ang bagyo once na dumaan sa Sierra Madre gaya nung Bagyong Rolly?

    Pag nag raised na signal PAGASA it doesn't mean na agad-agad advance yun mga 12 hrs pa yata before maramdaman

    Yup. Pero ang problema, maraming pinoy ang gusto maramdaman muna nila yung "lakas ng hangin at ulan" bago lumikas.

    Pareho sa Taal dati.. Naka taas yung alert level pero madami ang nagmatigas na umuwi kesyo tahimik naman na daw itsura ng bulkan.

    The NRRMC Chairperson mentioned on the radio that there was "limited science" to actually predict the volume of rainfall coming in.

    Thanks to Project NOAH, the GMA and PNoy governments acquired Doppler radar precisely to get an accurate picture (literally) of incoming rainfall compared to the geography of the land and location of the estuaries.

    The NRRMC Chairman is likely unaware of this. He actually sounded like he was from 2005 and not 2020.

    Oh wait, the Duterte government SCRAPPED Project NOAH. :facepalm:

    first was the ondoy car.
    then, the habagat car.
    now... the marikina car or uls's car!

    i wonder how they'll remove the suspicious address from the CR ?

    i think i should take pictures of the current carousell ads, to make sure the used car i will buy is not an uls's car.

    Tayo uls dito, we were able to prepare kahit kami over preparation for rolly kesa dito sayo.

    So hinde na ako kinakabahan kagabi. A

    Eh maraming tao hinde naman nila priority yan bagyo bagyo.

    Akalain mo yun bicol/Catanduanes eh sila pa rin sisirain mo.

    Ano siya tanga? Lahat ng forecaster local and international sinabi na madaming ulan ito. Kaya nga nag pait na ako baka ondoy 2 dahil yun and forecast.
