    Approaching TD 'Rolly' seen to intensify into a typhoon, may hit Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas anew

    JMA now forecasted a direct hit of the Tropical Depression pre-#RollyPH in Metro Manila as a typhoon on Sunday afternoon.

    This could be the strongest typhoon to hit Manila since #GlendaPH (#Rammasun) in July 2014.
