Raining here in Pasay but far from torential(why is the word *******ial getting asteriked-out?).

This typhoon is quite unique as it seems headed for West Philippine Sea. Good thing we don't have any significant military installations there

Unless bahain yung area nyo I wouldn't worry too much. Malakas yung bagyo pero marami nang dinaanan bago makarating sa atin.

Go to sleep. Please don't call me sir or I'll call you ma'am 🙂

Malakas yung bagyong tumama sa Bicol. I have families and friends there. Albay was in the side wall ng eye malakas ang hangin at maraming tubig ulan. It doesnt help na mabagal ang speed kaya matagal umalis. No power na and mahina signal ng communication. Ingat southern Luzon and Metro Manila.

Don't believe fake news sir. It is free, sir.

"The emergency SMS broadcast is in compliance with Republic Act 10639 or The Free Mobile Disaster Alerts Act which was signed almost 3 years ago. It mandates all telecommunications service providers to send free mobile alerts in times of natural and man-made disasters and calamities."

Tingen ko kasi yun sa earthquake alerts dati lumampas ako sa postpaid bill ko eh, that is my personal postpaid as backup, plan 999, Umabor nun ng 1200 noon considering i rarely use it since I have a company phone

Tapos yun sa prepaid ko naman na backup ko, nagbawas ng load, even if i just use for internet promos na fixed , never used it for text or phone calls, naubos na lang bigla load.

Baka nga hinde pa P5 yan, baka P10 isa yan

My backup prepaid has 0.00 (zero) pesos, and I still got those alerts -- all 31 of them in fact.

    Here's another link again --

"The NDRRMC and telecommunications companies are required by law to send free mobile alerts before disasters happen. This is mandated under Republic Act No. 10639 or the Free Mobile Disaster Alerts Act."

Kelan ba nagkarun ng teeth yan NTC na yan sa telcos, of course, they would publish that.

Pero how would you know ba, telcos can just charge this to your free text allotments, tapos pag sumobra ka na sa iba mo texts hinde mo na mamalalyan yun

So i turned it off na the emegency alerts. Masyado kasi masipag mag tect eh , as in every 30 minutes na ata, same message or even ni rearranage lang ng message. Pag ganayan kasi super sipag, mas lalo ako wary sa mga ganayan activities. i know because I have had bosses like that na nag reach ng quota

If telcoss are sending that to everybody , imagine if embedded to your allotments laki kita yan
