It's 41F (5C) this morning where I'm at. This is the first time I'm wearing pants outside of work since January of this year. Sweater too.

I think PAGASA denied that na. Plus yun isang fake news about Meralco cutting power in all of Metro Manila.

Well, the power did fluctuate for a few seconds over here (in Q.C.), sir. And it really is wise to charge everything up and be prepared for the worst in times like these. I'm sure some parts of the country will be worse off than others, and electricity may be down for hours in those badly hit -- but still to create panic, I guess they just want to see the world "burn".
