if he was going 100kph or under and he still hydroplaned my guess would be his tires are either china made, not the proper size for the rim or very old.
Mukha ngang nag aquaplaned. Those low profile tires are not all weather and are meant for speed... But it's the front right that seems to be missing it's rubber.

Combination ata ni egay at falcon ngayon. Both of them are causing habagat.
Easy drive because of the weather. I like this. It is raining the whole day but just right so there is no water build up on the road.

The more important dams are still critically low. Angat and San Roque need three strong typhoons to fill them up.
