    Pag-asa said kaya malakas daw ulan at hangin kagabi because there was a "Mesosphere" that formed over NCR. An actually very rare occurrence and by that, the first for pag-asa. It's a LPA that only lasted 3hours.

    yun nga masaklap. they were caught flatfooted w/ that shallow LPA that hit metro manila.
    & this was not even mentioned in their advisories. dami nasira. nagulat mga tao dahil lakas ng hangin, wala namang typhoon signal.

    Hmmm let's give pagasa the benefit of the doubt this time.

    Nagsisimula na magsuspend ang mga schools. May mga posts sa Twitter, sa Obando and some parts of Cavite suspended na.

    Yeah... and usually i am more wary pag storm and LP as against typhoons which mostly strong wind naman ang kalaban.

    Umaaraw na kanina pero ngayon balik ulit yung dilim; looks like it's be cloudy more than rainy for today though.

    sabi ko kasi earlier eh, mag-ingat kayo. i think hanggang Sept. makaka-experience tayo ng mga out of ordinary rain systems. I just feel it ... iba na kase talaga ang nangyari dito sa'tin, madaming mataba, madaming buses, madaming bata, madaming puro malls ang atupag kahit 1pm to 4pm. something's not right, kelangan ng parusa or "correction"
