January 17th, 2011 07:53 PM #1sa dinami-dami ng mga krimen ngayon, rape, theft, drugs, sometimes police are even involved, lalo na mga modus like the recent incident sa mga buy and sell ng sasakyan. hypothetically, are in favor of a vigilante type of justice in our country just to stop if not minimize or strike fear in the hearts and mind of those would be hoodlums? if this thread is inappropriate, the mods are more than welcome to close this thread.
