    Ayon sa isang source sa loob ng Dos, usap usapan daw sa loob ng kanilang bakuran na nag-flop ang karamihan sa mga shows na bago ng ABS-CBN laban sa GMA. Bad news daw para sa Lopez owned company dahil tanging ang Wowowee lamang ang nagclick sa lahat ng mga ito, pero hindi parin lumamang sa ratings laban sa katapat na show na Eat Bulaga.

    Sa ilang pag-aaral ng ilang mga advertising agencies, pinaka-maling move daw ng Dos ang pagpapalit ng pangalang TV Patrol to TV Patrol World! Ayon sa kanila, nahihirapan daw silang magplace ng advertisement sa Dos kasi karamihan ng mga produktong binibenta nila ay local, subalit ginawang market ng TV Patrol World international.

    Bukod pa rito, hindi raw maganda ang chemistry nina Karen Davila, Ted Failon, at Julius Babao na mga News anchor ng TV Patrol World. Buti pa raw sa radio, malakas ang impact nina Ted Failon at ng dating host ng Patrol na si Korina Sanchez.

    Gaano rin kaya katotoo ang balitang tuloy na ang resignation ni Charo Santos-Concio bilang isa sa mga top executive ng Dos dahil sa hindi nito makasundo ang bagong EVP and COO na si Mr. Alejandro? Sana maayos din nila ang gusot bago pa mahuli ang lahat.

    Samantala, nagkakagulo naman daw ang mga advertisers para sa GMA dahil puno na ang slots para sa mga advertisement ng ilo-launch na fantaserye nilang Darna. Ayon pa sa source na galing Dos, gagawan na lang daw nila ng spoof ang Darna kung saan si John Lapuz ang magiging bida. Ganito rin ata ang ginawang move ng Siete before at gumawa sila ng spoof na Marinara noong umariba ng todo ang Marina.

    AFAIK, 1B ang net income ng ABS-CBN for 2004.

    International rin ang operations ng ABS-CBN (Australia, Middle East, USA, Europe, etc).

    Diversified rin ang operations ng ABS-CBN (hindi lang Channel 2 ang lifeblood nila... meron silang Studio 23, ANC, Star Cinema, etc).

    talo lng cguro sa GMA, pero di naman pabagsak. kng pabagsak ang ABS e ano tawag sa ABC, RPN n etc hehehe

    DOS is dead... it started dying in Windows 95.... ;)

    i think ABS is doing bad... sabi nga ni m2

    ung style ata ng ABS, me target audience ung each of their networks/channels: channel 2 for the the, um, baduy crowd, anc for business types, studio 23 para sa "hip" crowd kumbaga. hope i'm not offending anyone here, just an observation B).

    medyo rough patch lang yan. majirap pabagsakin ang ganyan ka laking company. most liely, they will dive on the cost of advertising slots to attract advertisers while they work on their programming issues.

    it would help greatly if they start with their news & current affairs programs. they should get rid of sanctimonious and abrasive tv newscasters like karen davila, erwin tulfo, tony velasquez, etc. and just leave them to am radio. whatever happened to angelo castro and tina monzon palma? mukhang sila nalang ang pwedeng magbigay ng balita na hindi tabloid ang dating.

    on angelo castro: hirap syang mag-deliver ng news on tagalog, a big liability...

    on reading between the lines: yesterday, sa radio program nina ted & korina, ted said something "sana naman ok na to" on the reported launching of a new show "vidjoking?" -- talaga nga yatang naghihingalo sila ngayon

    TIP to abs-cbn: hire susan roces! asap...

    nitong first quarter yata lalo bumaba ratings ng Dos compared sa siyete...

    look at joey de leon sa eat bulaga, during their bulagaan, may mga hints sya duon sa mga current ratings....

    halos lahat yata ng gma shows sabay sabay nagtaasan

    watch ANC. WAY much better than any other news program.

    wala kasi silang original ideas puro kopya kaya ang sama na ng shows another is pumasok si luchie cruz na gulo tuloy orig line up ng news team dahil pilit niyang ipinasok mga reject ng 7 at probe team...ang correspondents parang probe team na rin.. angelo castro?..have u seen him read the news parang ang laki laki ng problema niya araw araw tamad na tamad on cam..

    well, at least angelo castro is preferable to the other newscasters who have this natural propensity to inject their views or an editorial. thing is...the delivery of the news is supposed to be factual---not sensationalized or flavored with these newscasters' personal views.

    etong mga suggestion ko sa programming problems ng Dos:

    kelangan na nilang ibalik si sharon cuneta!

    ibalik din si noli de castro!

    ibalik ang Ang TV with new talents. heheh.

    papayatin nila si kristala. :bwahaha:

    thai novela naman ipalabas nila! hahah! gasgas na ang chi-novela at koreanovela.

    ano pa ba? um....

    sige kayo naman mag-suggest...hihihi.

    ang hirap palang maging tv executive. ahehehehe.
