    No house of my own yet. I really look up to those people who manage to buy their own house/condo before 30. Yung hindi mana or bigay ng parents.

    wala pa bahay pero meron na lote (200sq mts) sa Baguio


    nag iipon pa para kahit papaano malagyan na ng poste

    balak rin kumuha along laguna.. pero di pa siguro ngayon

    Yung katabi kong property nabili ko na rin at may bahay na. Masarap yung feeling na may sarili ka nang bahay, secured ang place at well maintained ng developer.

    Kung di pa ako nag-OFW, di siguro ako magkakabahay ng sarili. Kung dyan lang ako sa Pinas, walang mangyayari, di ko maipupundar ang lahat na ito........

    When we (my wife and I) got married a few years ago, we agreed that we will not live with my/her parents' place. ang hirap nun

    Since she lives in an apartment when she was still single, and i live anywhere (depends on the day of the week), we decided to live in her apartment for a week and transferred to another place (rented).

    We rented 3 houses in 4 years before we moved to our current home (condo) two years ago, our very own.

    Planning to put the dream house on our vacant lot somewhere in the vicinity in he next few years.

    isa ko property, ibenenta ko para sa libing ng nanay ko....

    aanhin ko yun, kung di naman mabigyan ng disenteng burol at libing Nanay ko?

    ang hirap nito, wala naman ibang tutulong,kundi kapamilya lang...

    dapat 'dre, huwag mong sayangin ang paghihirap natin sa abroad. mag-ipon at magpundar ng properties back home, kung pupwede. marami kasi akong kilala rito, na ang tagal na sa abroad, wala ring nangyayari sa buhay nila. nauuna yung "yabang" at pagbili ng mga luho......

    me pundar at konting ipon naman kosa...pero totoo sinabi mo...marami mga OFWs ganyan, bili dito bili doon....

    halimbawa na lang ang CP, kapag me bagong labas, dapat meron din nun...
