Pa-ulan ulan pa rin dito sa QC. Minsan mahina, minsan malakas, minsan naman nawawala. But malakas pa rin ang hangin all throughout. :banana1:

Muntik na bumaha sa 2nd floor kagabi buti nakita ko agad bumara mga dahon sa drainage ng terrace namin. Hirap talaga matulog ng ganun kalakas ulan hindi mo alam mangyayari. Naipit pa si erpats on the way sa C5 dahil sa baha.

Knee to Thigh-deep floods in some areas of BF Homes. Several cars in the PCJ Church parking lot were submerged. The church itself was elevated, yet water was still 2 inches high inside.

This was worse than what we experienced during Ondoy. Perhaps the drainage systems were neglected?

^ Perhaps an isolated case in BF!

Last night, our Ondoy-submerged subdivision (near Laguna Lake) saw much low-level floods which eventually subsided.

    Ako rin. :hysterical:

Oh well ... I guess, I`m not that aware of what's happening at the farther areas. Di kasi nabaha samin eh, kahit nung Ondoy. We're not that affected.

Sana umulan, pero not that strong. Para lang mawala ang scourging heat.

1 killed, 5 hurt in QC road accident
    05/09/2011 | 09:35 AM

One person was killed while five others were injured in a high-speed accident involving two sport-utility vehicles in Quezon City before dawn Monday.

The incident occurred near the U-turn slot near the corner of Quezon Avenue and West Avenue in Quezon City, radio dzBB's Paulo Santos reported.

A report on GMA News TV's News To Go said nine were injured in the road accident involving three vehicles. [Watch the report below.]

Police said a female passenger of the silver Fortuner (ZEN 663) died at the Capitol Medical Center. The driver of the vehicle was identified as one Alfredo Lim.

Also injured were three passengers and the driver of a white Fortuner (ZLR-129).

Lim, who was likewise injured, faces charges of reckless imprudence resulting in homicide and damage to property for the incident.

An initial investigation showed the two vehicles were both traveling at high speed towards the Rotonda area when the Fortuner driven by Lim hit the white Fortuner from behind.

Both SUVs spun out of control and crashed, the report said. — RSJ, GMA News
