Chieffy, may nakita na ako dati eh... hanapin ko ulit.
Suggestion lang po, you can also try those leaflets/flyers given by major developer sa mall blitz, kung may nagustuhan kang design you get that specific flyers. normally at the back may floorplan. that's what i did for my 150sq.m house soon to be finished
and kung may extra time ka, sked a tripping to thier model house, at least you will have a feel how the floor plan works for you. kung ok or hindi. I tried many websites, magazines, but seeing an actual model house is still different from just seeing a blue print, specially if one lacks the proper imagination![]()

Sir, ganda yun houses ng Filinvest... floor plans available sa site nila.. http://www.filinvestland.com/
If you want to see the actual unit, visit yun subdivisions nila...kunwari buyer...kuha ka lang idea.
Dun sa site, ganda ng mga model houses lalo na sa BRENT Laguna...
I suggest getting ideas from Magazines(Architectural digest, HOME, WA, etc) rather than in websites and flyers. Also, its better to get the services of an Architect for planning & design rather than doing it by yourself. You will be surprised how well your house looks(inside/out) and how much you can save more money in construction. Let the Architect/Engineer have all the headaches for you.

You can get some ideas or ground work from the design & plan but not entirely copy it.
Sir chieffy, tito kong architect contractor, actually wala siya professional fee. medyo mura pa nagagastos namin kase actual costing kami. kung ano bibilihin yun bigay kong pera. pagkatapos nalang daw ng haus namin pagusapan yung bayad. pero according to him base price na daw ngayun ng contractor ranges from 8t-15t per sq.m. the 8t eh yung tipong rough finish pa, pero livable na yung haus, 10-12t/sq.m eto yung tipong finished na talaga haus, may kulang man hindi na obvious. 15t/ sq.m excellent finish na, and halos lahat ng gamit medyo top of the line, pero hindi naman pinakamahal.Originally Posted by chieffy
mmm... how accurate is this? Can you accurately measure with this software? How about electricals and water system magagawa ba using this? How about floor plans?Home designer suite po.
HD Suite can do the job but not as accurate as Autocad. Still, beginners and non-tech people will have a hard time using this software. You still need a background at least in Interior design or drafting.
Better consult a professional to save some time and not to mention headaches and lost hair![]()
