    medyo ot, pero kakagaling ko lang sa book sale shoppesville. they have a few books on home plans/layouts(us setting lang nga). fyi

    i also know an architect who lives nearby

    ang mamahal ng libro sa architectural designs...nasa 2k pataas sulit din naman pero kailangan piliin mong mabuti...

    tungkol sa foreman...depende nga iyan...kami yun trusted architect ang mgatse check ng specs...

    matanong na rin....peeps, may idea ba kayo ng soil bearing capacity sa paranaque particularly sa Tambo area? di na kasi kami nagpa soil testing...ang mahal din kasi...

    btw, if plans do go through at gagawin na ung bahay, maganda na ung personal mong iinspeksyunan ang progress. wag ka masyado aasa sa foreman, kilala mo man o hindi. a family friend had a bad experience with this, i.e. kulang ung bakal na nilagay sa bahay. ayun, baka babakbakin lahat and start over B|

    wag kayong didiretso sa foreman... dapat sa contractor... lolokohin kayo ng foreman... kasi usapan lang yun walang contrata...

    depende din naman yan sa foreman. kung kakilala mo yung foreman, and medyo may experience na kayo sa construction, mas ok nang diretso sa foreman, menos gastos sa contractor. kami yung foreman namin, more than 20yrs na namin kakilala.

    how about vazbuilt mga bossing? they have 15 years structural warranty but i don't know if price is right. they qouted me 1M bare for a 110.54 sqm house. it's simple V type house. you can check out their website at http://www.vazbuilt.com/promo.htm.

    maganda pa rin siguro na may mga kakilala like Van and Mikaztro baka mas makatipid pa.
