I suggest getting ideas from Magazines(Architectural digest, HOME, WA, etc) rather than in websites and flyers. Also, its better to get the services of an Architect for planning & design rather than doing it by yourself. You will be surprised how well your house looks(inside/out) and how much you can save more money in construction. Let the Architect/Engineer have all the headaches for you.

You can get some ideas or ground work from the design & plan but not entirely copy it.

Sir chieffy, tito kong architect contractor, actually wala siya professional fee. medyo mura pa nagagastos namin kase actual costing kami. kung ano bibilihin yun bigay kong pera. pagkatapos nalang daw ng haus namin pagusapan yung bayad. pero according to him base price na daw ngayun ng contractor ranges from 8t-15t per sq.m. the 8t eh yung tipong rough finish pa, pero livable na yung haus, 10-12t/sq.m eto yung tipong finished na talaga haus, may kulang man hindi na obvious. 15t/ sq.m excellent finish na, and halos lahat ng gamit medyo top of the line, pero hindi naman pinakamahal.

HD Suite can do the job but not as accurate as Autocad. Still, beginners and non-tech people will have a hard time using this software. You still need a background at least in Interior design or drafting.

Better consult a professional to save some time and not to mention headaches and lost hair
