    na gastos pa.
    try mo gumising ng maaga say 7am at wag iidlip sa tanghali sigurado maka-
    katulog ka ng gabi at hindi madaling araw.

    I drink tea to help me sleep. I drink a combination of rosebud tea and red tea (got them from China, they should be available in Binondo). I feel sleepy within 30 minutes of drinking it. Avoid jasmine tea, its a got a lot of caffeine to keep you wide-awake.

    takot ako magtake ng stuff to sleep i tend to be dependent. eversince i worked in a call center with the support team ive never had more than 6 hours of sleep on a regular day. nabulabog na ng tuluyan ang body clock ko.. hahahaha! at night when i really wanna slepp i take a shot or two of any alcoholic drink... hehehe d pa naman ako nagiging dependent... hehehe

    Ako paghiga, madali lang makatulog especially pag may magandang music. Ang problema ko, pag nagising ako ng mga 12-2 AM, hindi na ako makatulog uli ng basta basta.

    Another natural approach is engaging in regular exercise (at least 3x a week, 1 hour minimum per day). It's up to you kung gusto mong mag-weights or get involved in sports like basketball or badminton or kahit jogging lang. Eventually magno-normalize ang tulog mo. My 2 cents...

    nasanay na body clock ko stay up late... i got up late na din naman unless ive got an early appointment, if i need a really need to wake up early the next day, say 4 or 5 am i take unisom, im not sure if it is still an OTC medicine

    di ba mga prescription drugs mga yan? hirap ako matulog ng tama sa oras e.. minsan kahit makatulog ako ng 8pm nagigising ako ng mga 12, tuloy tuloy na yun aantukin ako mga 5 na... kagabi di ako natulog, 6am na ako nakatulog.. kailangan ko gumising ng 730...

    kahit maaga ako mahiga, di din ako makakatulog... paikot ikot lang ako sa kama...
