    I started taking this "Sleepasil" thing for about a week now. It's pretty good, mom told me to take it cos since June of last year, I've been sleeping around 3AM-7AM, 10 or 11AM minsan or sometimes I don't sleep at all. Cheap lang sya guys, P12/capsule. Try nyo para makatulog kayo. Right now I watched 5 movies straight kanina kaya late na ko matutulog hahaha.

    You might ask where to buy, kinuha ko sya sa plastic ng Watson's.

    I try to avoid ingesting stuff.

    If I'm having trouble sleeping, I just take out my tech journal on Basic Principles of Doppler Weather Radar. I get real sleepy after 10 pages. Really! These are some of the driest stuff people can read.

    Claim kasi nito chief walang side effects and di masakit ulo mo when you get up. Well totoo naman cos sarap ng feeling when you get up. It works for me, not sure sa iba hehe. Reading, however doesn't. Di ko nga alam why wala akong kahilig hilig magbasa hahaha even the newspaper. Hey don't get me wrong, if it's FHM -- I'm definitely reading.

    For those who can tolerate it,- moderate alcoholic drink can help. And double-effect if coupled with M54's prescription.... (Note moderate, if overdone,- you cannot perform)...

    mahirap mag depend sa mga sleeping pills, sa una maganda epek sa 'yo,
    pag tagal you get to immune and you'll be needing higher dose. side effect
    na gastos pa.
    try mo gumising ng maaga say 7am at wag iidlip sa tanghali sigurado maka-
    katulog ka ng gabi at hindi madaling araw.

    I drink tea to help me sleep. I drink a combination of rosebud tea and red tea (got them from China, they should be available in Binondo). I feel sleepy within 30 minutes of drinking it. Avoid jasmine tea, its a got a lot of caffeine to keep you wide-awake.

    takot ako magtake ng stuff to sleep i tend to be dependent. eversince i worked in a call center with the support team ive never had more than 6 hours of sleep on a regular day. nabulabog na ng tuluyan ang body clock ko.. hahahaha! at night when i really wanna slepp i take a shot or two of any alcoholic drink... hehehe d pa naman ako nagiging dependent... hehehe
