I don't wear a watch, so my basis for time is my cellphone which updates with the service provider's network. Or, I use my PC's time which updates in internet time (time.windows.com)

sabi naman don sa pag-asa website na baka may delay.. baka mabagal ang server nila.. or mabagal ang ISP.. baka dial up! lol

Follow the world clock.
Our local time should be based on that. Apparently, it has not been updated for a while.

As said in the website... the one posted in the internet may not be accurate (the staff may not have updated the website).
I called (+632) 9291237 and they confirmed the Philippine Standard Time. It is accurate relative to the world time down to the second.
PAGASA is using a state of the art atomic clock that also checks with nearby GPS satellites for accuracy.
