Many suv pedals , especially monteros are design for this method, too bad some learned it too late.

Kahapon actually - hindi pala nagsasarsa pag Lechon Cebu.
Sawsawan na binigay sa amin is based sa vinegar at toyo.
naghanap ako sarsa - hindi daw nagsasarsa sa Cebu.

The authentic lechon cebu is so tasty you dont need sarsa at all. Mang Tomas will just spoil the real flavor of the cebu lechons. If it needs sarsa, then it's not the cebu way of roasting lechon.
