I read about this some time ago and was surprised as well, royalties really do pay.

Also, the Friends cast were making $1,000,000 each per episode when they were still filming the show.

TIL... well, about a month ago actually.

7-Up originally contained Lithium which, in small amounts, is used to treat manic depression.

Nirvana's song Lithium is about a guy with depression taking antidepressants (no doubt containing Lithium). "I'm so happy cause today I found my friends. they're in my head." "I'm so ugly, that's okay coz so are you."

JMC and his family are actually quite wealthy, even before he went into writing songs and singing. I agree though, he must be getting a lot of royalties during this season.

That, I cannot say, prolly sa mga Radio and TV stations they have a formal agreement.

Maybe some of our fellow tsikoteers who work in the industry can chime in, I'm curious myself.
