    I tried that too, didn't like it either.

    Sa bagay hindi naman ata traditional for us to eat fish skin. Yung chicken skin ok pa.

    But that salted egg stuff works best on potato chips IMO. Add flavor to an otherwise bland ingredient, instead of adding even more flavor to something that already has its own flavor (chicken skin, fish skin etc).

    Penoy is just like boiled egg! I thought it was similar to balut but without a chick. So apparently it's my first time to eat penoy. I opened 3 and was wondering why there's no sabaw and it looks like boiled egg
