He owns the dubious distinction of suing his own brother, the Mayor, for graft and corruption.

Personally, I think his antics are politically motivated. He is taking the recently oft-used populist stance a la Duterte and Yorme Isko.

Itong recent total lockdown action ng mga Batangas LGU/DILG ay completely disconnect sa mga latest pronouncement ng Phivolcs. Waning na nga yung lahat ng parameters sa Taal, tapos ngayon pa sila mag impose ng total lockdown pati full out ng mga pulis .

Nangangamoy corruption na naman, kailangan yata punuin yung mga evacuation center para maambunan ng propose 30B supplementary budget or ng loan sa China.

Ito naman kasing update ng Phivolcs always lacking, bitin parati.

Baka mauna pang sumabog yung galit ng mga Batangueno kaysa sa Taal.
