    the longer taal remains this way the evacuees will become increasingly restless coz they'll think the big eruption is never gonna happen and they'll want to return to their homes

    true... while most of us prays that a major eruption do not happen... the people who lives in the nearby areas prays that the eruption do occur, so they may go on with their lives.
