Stop Using Canola Oil Immediately

We used to use it a lot, then bigla na lang bumalik sa coconut oil. The fad sorta wore out i suppose.

Slightly OT, but since we're discussing health concerns:

i also see olive pomace oil being sold in supermarkets, way cheaper than olive oil...but i read on wikipedia that it has potential carcinogens.

I would still go for pure olive oil.

Meron din na Mediterranean Oil, it's way cheaper than Olive oil, it's a mixture of Canola, Olive & Grape Seed Oils.
