Yung 3thou price ng spirals sulit na din.

- Meron 21 atelier. Eating is like travelling. Meron ka matutunan na bagong pagkain.
- Ang mga 5 star hotel meticuloso sa ingredients at jan una napupunta mga certified organic produce.

Ang problem kasi sa noypi pag kumain ng eat all you can eh patay-gutom mode. Kainin nyo lang yung kaya ng tiyan nyo at alamin kung makakaganda ba sa katawan.

Kung baga kung may kwarta naman mas maganda na gastusan natin una yung tiyan muna tapos pangalawa clothing tapos bahala na kayo kung ano na next.

So in your example you are saying a squatter doesnt know how to prioritize spending. I would think having a refrigerator to store food and having an aircon to deal with the sweltering heat in a place where you wouldnt want to open your windows due to open sewers IS a big big priority. And oh yeah, making sure you have concrete walls so the 18 or so typhoons that hit our country every year doesnt blow your meager house down around your ears is also a big priority. I think they have their priorities in decent order.

I agree that refrigerators are a necessity even for squatters but airconditioning is a luxury. If they could afford to have an ac, then they should be able to afford paying for rent and not squatting off of someone else's land. I also assume that they do not pay for electricity and I believe that Meralco charges us paying customers for this loss.

I have no sympathy for squatters. Land owners even have to pay these squatters to vacate their property that's been with their family for generations or which they acquired from hard work. Squatter pa galit pag papaalisin mo na! WOW!

Same here, after dealing with squatters it's no wonder why landowners have no remorse in burning them to the ground. The professional squatters earn shitloads tax free from the rent they charge to other squatters kaya away talaga yan when they're being relocated; Relocated na nga with housing, ayaw pa din because in their own squatters area, they can live free and earn while doing nothing at all.

*buffets. I just get what i can eat and i try almost everything that interests me then i go back for seconds if there's something i like. Spirals is my favorite buffet place but what they charge (depending on time and day) can be quite wow. When i think of what i'll spend i'd rather go to my favorite steakhouse or Japanese resto.

+1 My Dad does not hesitate on spending when it comes to food because it also teaches us about culture aside from just nourishment. Tipirin na lahat wag lang pagkain. Maraming ganyan na ang lakas gumastos pero pag dating sa kainan ang kukuripot?!?!? Pag ganyan ang tao hindi na namin sinasama sa mga lakad. Sarap sabihin na ang cellphone, sapatos, damit or car or ba niya nakakain niya, as if naman yung mga gamit niya helps improve his or her character.

Kami rin. Hindi kami nagtitipid pagdating sa food. Pero hindi kami kumakain ng luxurious foods like expensive cheese, steaks, etc. Kayang namin kumain sa 3K++ per person buffet but it is not a priority.

Tulad nga ng favorite term sa tsikot.....even though I can afford to eat in Spirals twice a day, I've settled with Sosing's since I'm craving for a hot bulalo soup. :D

I second the motion! BTT - I saw my friend's HT set-up and im salivating of having one too. If ever, I'm planning to use the money i set aside for additional capital build-up with our credit cooperative. I technically can afford it but it's now a toss between having a nice HT VS investment ..Am i an SC?
