I love curry. Beef, chicken, mutton curry. We even cook tahong in curry.

Cinnamon. Use it to make gravy with olive oil then lagay ko sa rice. Kahit sa pasta ginagamit ko as replacement for cheese/parmesan.

Its not only the Indians that use curry for cooking. You have the Middle Eastern races, Arabs, Palestinians, Turks, etc. Then you have the Asians, Thais, Malays, Indonesians, etc.
Then you have the Greeks, the Cypriots, ... etc.
