Cinnamon. Use it to make gravy with olive oil then lagay ko sa rice. Kahit sa pasta ginagamit ko as replacement for cheese/parmesan.

Its not only the Indians that use curry for cooking. You have the Middle Eastern races, Arabs, Palestinians, Turks, etc. Then you have the Asians, Thais, Malays, Indonesians, etc.

Then you have the Greeks, the Cypriots, ... etc.

- rain. Reminds me of carefree, boyhood days...a perfect excuse to do nothing and sleep all day
- the smell of cocoa. i always feel a bit happier when i pass by the Ricoa warehouse at 8am
- smell of burning wood,leaves, etc.. Reminds me of camping.
- danggit/tuyo frying on a pan.
- my officemate's perfume. Something about it just makes me "tingle"
