    Do they replace defective items without OR? Defective yung shades na nabili ko (lacoste - SM depstore), bad thing is I already lost the OR. My only proof is the credit card transaction which I could get from the my credit card billing (or is this even considered a proof for the actual purchase?). May required number of days ba ang replacement period? Any info would help. Thanks!

    kahit walang official receipt pwede magpalit....

    basta alam mo saan cashier, date at time mo binili..... makikita nila yan...

    Replacement period is 7 days I think. I maybe wrong though.

    7 days lang ..kahit na isang milyon pa ang halaga ng item na nabili mo sa kanila at pahirapan pa..

    7 days for the replacement period.
    lost OR; pwede iyan, my nephew was about to claim a warranty for a defective LED tv. lost his OR but they've traced/retrieved the transaction records.

    nasubukan ko rin dati. bought something from SM (Bicutan iirc). Since SM Makati is nearer, asked their hotline if I can have it replaced there and true enough, napapalitan ko naman. Btw, mga damit lang ito.
