November 2nd, 2017 04:09 PM #1Do they replace defective items without OR? Defective yung shades na nabili ko (lacoste - SM depstore), bad thing is I already lost the OR. My only proof is the credit card transaction which I could get from the my credit card billing (or is this even considered a proof for the actual purchase?). May required number of days ba ang replacement period? Any info would help. Thanks!

basta alam mo saan cashier, date at time mo binili..... makikita nila yan...
