I happened to check out SM Sta. Rosa last weekend, medyo kakaiba design nya and what I know eto yung magiging pattern nila for other SM mall opening this year.

There's a butterfly santuary inside the mall, that's one thing.

How i wish na mabago na ang design ng SM, masyadong typical ang mga designs ng mga SM malls eh, except for few..

I dont know if you may call that aggresive business pero i think it really kills other businesses around eh, may magnet sa common tao ang SM, kawawa ang smaller business sa tabi.
