Minsan nakakasawa na ring mag-malls. Pare-pareho lang naman ang laman sa loob - National Bookstore, Jollibee, McDo, ACE Hardware, Toy Kingdom, ... pare-pareho lang.
Wala kang ibang mapuntahan dito sa Metro Manila kundi malls, malls, and more malls. Wala namang variety yung mga laman ng malls.

SM is targeting 2 malls per year in the philippines.

entertainment building and so almost all tenants can open by then

yun ba St. Francis na pang-tiangge sa likod ng megamall, kay SM din. pansin ko kasi same architecture & paint sa SM megamall. eh SM pa, hindi papayag yun na magaya.
