Bacolod City will finally have its own SM city, its 2 stories, but its 6 wide buildings 3 on each side connected by two skybridges, and even the skybridge is pretty big that you can lease spaces there too, infact one of my friends, leased a space there for his coffee cafe and the spaces have been leasing out like crazy so were expecting a humongous opening, just thought id share some photos, the angles are kinda crappy, but thats the best i can do, w/o security telling me to scat.

malapit dyan autoshop ng kakilala ko, nireklamo sila( sm management) before ng mga residente dyan malapit sa site kasi yung alikabok grabe, so thats why they spread water around the dusky area everytime the construction is on going, and medyo bumabaha sa right side.That's located sa reclamation ng bacolod, masarap dyan kasi front ng SM, manokan country, sarap ng chicken inasal. and bacolod used to have SM, about 10yrs ago, pero hindi eto nag click, medyo maliit lg kasi.anyhoo, cant wait kasi walang yellowcab, pancake house, kenny rogers, toy kingdom atbp. dito sa bacolod ;)

at last, meron narin SM sa bacolod. matagal tagal narin yung plan na magkaroon ng SM dito. ngayon no need na pumunta pa ng Iloilo just to go shopping sa SM.

if ur already in Iloilo and u want to go to SM city iloilo no need for a boat XD pwede taxi kasi same island, pero if from bacolod well, boat trip 50min
but umm not really sure what ur saying pero, IF going from Iloilo to bacolod pwede Ferry ride 50min lng and Cebu to bacolod pwede cebu pacific cebu-bacolod route, or pwede din Barge from Cebu-Dumaguete pagkatapos land trip from Dumaguete to Bacolod mga 10Hrs all in all

1.i dont know pre , i nvr asked him, but im definitley sure the Skybridge space rent is cheaper than the Mall space rent(ganda pa ng view at aircon pa yung bridge XD!)

2.Not its not a franchise, its an independent coffee shop, single
proprietorship.

3. In Bacolod there will never EVER be a mall w/o INASAL, trademark namin
yan dito XD (tip: always ask for chicken oil to go w/ ur inasal and rice

sa SM Davao dami na nagsara na resto e..

Max's nagsara wala pa 1 yr..
then recently Gloria Maris and Kenny Rogers nagsara na rin although tumagal sila ng 2yrs+

Yeah i know its sad whats happened in SM davao, but im pretty confident and hoping that the same thing wont happen to SM city bacolod, well for one, the financial situation in bacolod 10yrs ago is waaaay different than today(thanks to our new mayor XD) almost no more squatter problems, Call centers have been popping left and right in bacolod giving so many bacolenos much needed jobs, including me (Teletech, teleperformance, Convergys to name a few, and others on the way, many other business from outside the region and the country have been setting up businesses here, so we bacolenos now have a bit more Cashmoney to splurge on new malls like SM,
MAX restaurant/KFC, etc. here is always full, sometimes we even have to reserve tables in advance just to eat there, and for other restaurants who are gonna open shop here.be warned we shall overwhelm you bwahahaha XD
