Mods don't need to be super technical about cars IMO

They just need to be objective enough on their judgement and have the time to monitor and maintain sanity in the forums. There a lot of guys here who qualify to be mods.

That is a lot to ask for.... plus have a general interest in cars would help so he wouldn't get too bored with the general discussion.
