this joke was also sent by one of our high school alumni friends 5 years ago to our e-mailing group. he was told by almost everyone in that group that the joke was of very bad taste. who in his right mind would think of such a disrespect for a departed mother as funny. his succeeding e-mails were answered "send back to sender unopened" for a time, and worse the "send back to sender unopened" emails were forwarded to everybody. and almost everyone did that (including myself once). he had ceased to send e-mails since then and was ultimately dropped from the e-mailing list.

i'm not trying to tell you anything, but your friends might just get offended as we did. i'm not offended now, i only read the first 3 sentences. just want to give you a friendly warning. i hope you have not e-mailed it to your friends yet.
