that's why presence of mind with proper training is still the best shield in case of fire.
yung sa RWM chaos kasi ay dalawa ang naging threat na sabay, the lone gunman and fire created by him kaya naging kumplikado.
if they had realized at that point that the greater danger was the fire, i guess there should not be any casualty with this tragic incident.
