As much as possible, avoid withdrawing in malls/stores/or non-bank ATMs. I can enumerate news where hackers have successfully placed skimming devices and these are all non-branch areas.

    Better withdraw in bank's branches.

Maroon na ba ang BPI.?. I haven't encountered that yet with them... Only email that you logged in, and confirmation of your completed transaction....but no validation whatsoever before you could transact... What specific transaction/s bro?

With BDO and Citibank, yes, they have that feature. Text on your phone.. and email confirmation of the transaction...

BPI has this OTP. I bought ticket online this week and before it gets paid, I have to go through to this security feature by inputting the codes provided by BPI.

    1. What is the BPI One-Time Password (OTP)?
The BPI One-Time Password (OTP) is an added security feature that requires you to enter a unique 6-digit password for your online transactions. The OTP will help us authenticate your identity when you purchase online, thus minimizing the risk of potential fraud. It will be sent to your registered e-mail address or mobile number via SMS.
Thanks bros.,- big help! Yup "online purchases".

I was (inaccurately) thinking "online transactions",- as what you normally do when you access your bpiexpressonline account for your savings, investment, loans and credit cards. Here, unlike Citi or BDO,- you're not given an OTP through your handphone to be able to gain access to these accounts.

For Active Shooter situations, 3 things in order of priority/importance:

    1. 'Run' as in evacuate
    2. Hide
    3. Fight for your life, if 1 & 2 fail.

An active shooter situation usually lasts for minutes only, hence your first response will be extremely critical to your survival.
