Who cares about the factuality of the picture, its just for fun. Bottomline it was meant to tell us that things like rotating blackouts happen on 3rd world countries...

On a side note, Actually meron pa ding G8 and G20... G8 yung talaga yung mga elite of the elite (US, Canada, Japan, UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Russia) pero may disagreement ako sa composition ng G8. Dapat tangalin na Italy at palitan ng China. G20 is the so-called OECD countries kasama dyan India, China, Auistralia, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Mexico, Spain...
